Beirut, March 10 — Israel carried out a fresh wave of airstrikes across southern and eastern Lebanon on Monday, targeting what the Israeli military described as positions linked to the armed group Hezbollah. The attacks marked a renewed escalation along the Israel-Lebanon border after weeks of intermittent cross-border hostilities.
According to the Israeli military, the strikes focused on locations believed to be used by Hezbollah for military infrastructure and operations. The air raids reportedly hit areas in southern Lebanon as well as parts of the eastern Bekaa Valley.
