Fulma Kashyap

Fulma Kashyap is a candidate from Behna Panchayat, Block Anni, District Kullu, contesting for the position of Pradhan. She belongs to a martyr’s family and carries forward a strong spirit of dedication and public service. She is the wife of Harjeet Singh, serving in CRPF 164 Battalion, and comes from the family of Shaheed Shri Puran Chand, who was honoured with a gallantry award.

Academically, she is well qualified with degrees including B.A., B.Ed., and LL.B., and has also qualified TGT TET. Along with her educational background, she has been active in sports and is a black belt holder in Taekwondo, having represented at the national level.

She stays connected with local residents and understands village issues and public needs. With her educational background, disciplined approach, and social commitment, she aims to work on development, women empowerment, education, and better public facilities in Behna Panchayat.
