Hem Singh

Hem Singh is a candidate from Kumharda Panchayat contesting for the position of Up-Pradhan. He is a retired Subedar from the Indian Army and has experience in discipline, administration, and public service. After his retirement, he has remained involved in village and panchayat-level development activities and has supported community work whenever required. He stays connected with local residents and understands the needs and concerns of the people.

He is contesting with the objective of working towards transparency, fairness, and equal development for all sections of society. He has also stated that he will focus on completing pending works and improving overall governance at the panchayat level.

His key priorities include:

Completion of long-pending works such as construction of panchayat and patwar khana buildings
Development of basic facilities including water supply, roads, sanitation, and paved paths
Promoting employment opportunities and sports activities for youth
Supporting the welfare and interests of women and elderly residents
Ensuring proper and complete implementation of government schemes to every household
