Jaswant Singh Bhandari is a highly respected veteran and an experienced community leader who is currently contesting the election for the position of Pradhan in Kulthi Panchayat, Kangra District. A retired Deputy Commandant who concluded his distinguished military service approximately 20 years ago, he brings exceptional leadership, strong administrative skills, and a highly disciplined approach to his candidacy.
