Mahesh Kumar

Mahesh Kumar is a candidate from Kothi Panchayat, Block Kalpa, District Kinnaur, contesting for the position of Pradhan. He has previously served as Up-Pradhan and has experience in local governance and panchayat administration. During his tenure, he worked on providing access to social security pensions, supporting BPL families with housing and solar facilities, and improving basic services such as roads, water, electricity, and sanitation.

He has been actively involved in resolving local disputes, coordinating with government departments, and helping residents access various welfare schemes. He has also worked on spreading awareness through digital means and supporting self-help groups (SHGs) for women. He stays connected with local residents and understands village needs.

He has also taken part in initiatives against substance abuse and has supported efforts related to maintaining law and order in the area. He is contesting to work on transparent governance, improve infrastructure, ensure better implementation of schemes, and support overall development of Kothi Panchayat.
